Roles and ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation, GL analysis, TB review, variance analysis, and other business-specific ad-hoc support within prescribed deadlines.
Fulfill additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Generate ad hoc reports for HQ, local controllership team, and other finance functions.
Accurately prepare and document supported standard entries.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations in accordance with Qualcomm Policies.
RequirementsQuick learning and adherence to standards and processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a highly professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
Proficient in meeting quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.
IT proficiency, including Excel and Outlook.
Previous experience in a large multinational company is a plus.
